Available with every vehicle purchased after 7/1/26 at every Hessert Chevrolet Location. 3 or 30 Day Exchange Policy: New vehicles may be exchanged within 3 calendar days of delivery and pre-owned vehicles may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returned vehicle must have no alterations or damage and no more than 100 additional miles from time of delivery on a new vehicle & no more than 1000 additional miles from time of delivery on a used vehicle. May only be exchanged for another vehicle from dealer inventory. Excludes heavy trucks, commercial vehicles, and as-is vehicles. OIL CHANGES: Oil changes include up to 5 qts oil, new filter, labor & disposal fees for 3 years on every vehicle; Limited to 1 Oil Change per year.Oil changes are synthetic blend oil, filter, labor, and disposal - and not available on specialty vehicles and commercial vehicles- extra charge for full synthetic oil and more than 5 quarts. MULTI-POINT INSPECTIONS: Safety & Reliability Checks, Alignment Checks, Tire Checks, Brake Checks & Battery Checks; available with scheduled service on new & pre-owned vehicles; technician will perform free of charge. CAR WASHES: Exterior car wash anytime you come in for a scheduled service appointment. LOANER VEHICLES: Reservation is required for all loaner cars; vehicles available on a first-come, first-served basis. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Available with scheduled service within 5 miles of dealership between the hours of 8am & 5pm, Monday-Friday. May be substituted by a LYFT ride paid for by the dealership. Roadside Assistance: Provided by the manufacturer for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first on every new vehicle & select pre-owned vehicle; Services are provided by independent contractors and may be limited based on availability or distance. At Home Delivery: Available within the dealer’s designated delivery area on eligible vehicle purchases or leases. Additional limitations may apply based on distance, location, vehicle status, or scheduling availability.
