A Hessert Chevrolet team member will coordinate delivery of an eligible vehicle for an on-site test drive. Availability is subject to vehicle inventory, scheduling, staffing, customer eligibility and other program requirements. Certain vehicles may be excluded. 24-Hour Extended Test Drive: Eligible customers may request to keep an eligible vehicle for up to 24 hours for an extended test drive. Extended test drives must be requested and approved in advance and are subject to dealership approval. Before taking possession of the vehicle, the customer must present a valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance acceptable to Hessert Chevrolet and complete and sign Hessert Chevrolet's required 24-Hour Extended Test Drive Agreement. The vehicle may be operated only by the customer and any other driver expressly authorized in writing by Hessert Chevrolet. The vehicle may be used only for lawful, ordinary personal transportation. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, racing or performance driving, off-road use, towing, hauling, rideshare or other commercial use, delivery services, transportation of hazardous materials, or permitting any unauthorized person to operate the vehicle. A maximum of 100 miles may be driven during the 24-hour extended test-drive period. The customer is responsible for complying with all terms and conditions of the applicable Extended Test Drive Agreement and for the vehicle while it is in the customer's possession, including responsibility for loss or damage to the extent provided by that agreement and applicable law. The 24-hour extended test drive is provided at no charge; however, completion of the required agreement and satisfaction of all eligibility, insurance and other requirements are conditions of participation. Any purchase, lease, financing, trade-in, credit or other transaction terms are separate from the test-drive program and are subject to applicable agreements, lender or lessor approval, required documentation and applicable law. Participation in an AT HOME test drive does not constitute an offer, commitment or agreement to sell, lease or finance a vehicle on any particular terms.
