Experience wasn't the same as the first time I took my vehicle for service. They had to be reminded twice to check all the fluids, tire etc. Plus I was charged $86.35 for the service which was supposed to be complimentary

On 4/24/25 the following was done.The estimate for my damaged tires was explained in detail and I was informed along the whole process. On 4/25/25 the repair to my damaged tires was very extensive. The final results showed no more damage. Amanda White was the best rep.

Overall horrendous experience with Hessert’s service center. The staff have very kind hearts but lack knowledge on how scheduling and warranty’s work. I needed a new tire and rim provided by my coverage that I purchased when purchasing a vehicle through them. Nobody on the phone knew what the process was for utilizing the coverage. I was told to make my appointment on a Tuesday because that’s when their rim guy is in. I took off work to get my tire and rim done on the same day, shocker nobody told him about my appointment and he was not there. I ended up waiting the entire day. Finally, once they did the work somebody put my rim on when the paint was still wet and screwed up the rim now it needs to be redone. On top of all that they made me order the tire myself through parts, I was shocked they did not do it for me. Because of the lack of knowledge and foolishness of this service center, I will be switching over to ford.

I scheduled an appointment three days prior to actual appointment for 8 am first thing in the morning and when I stopped by to get status update at 11:30 the vehicle wasn't even in the shop to start my oil change. You should be clearer on scheduling appointments so there isn't any confusion to the customer

No one explained anything to me when they let me leave out of that place with my air-conditioning light blanket and they did not even put Freon back into my vehicle and no one told me so never again without return there thank you

My truck was in the service center for 3 weeks. I was told it was a master brake cylinder problem. My pad and calipers are fine no problems. I pick up truck 3 weeks later and my engine light is still on I get the service advisor and he takes the truck back in. Now I am told I need new back brake pads and calipers to be resurfaced. I had this inspected by your dealership just a month ago and all was good.

I was rejected to use my coupons that I received from this company on both of my services i received. And the cashier when checking out didn’t allow me to use my GM points

Paul relieved my concerns regarding a suspected transmission issue that according to diagnostics, and very low mileage, did not require a new transmission at this time, saving me tons of money for such a job.

I bought four tires brand, new, balancing mounting and wheel alignment. My wheel alignment is still drifting to the right so I took it back two days later they said they looked at it and adjusted it. It’s still doing the same thing that’s annoying time consuming and money costing it’s still not fixed.

Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership was very disappointing. I waited over a month for an appointment to bring in my SUV, trusting that they would be professional and reliable. When the day of the appointment finally came, I dropped off my vehicle expecting it to be checked. However, the next day I received a call telling me to pick it up because they didn’t even know when they would be able to diagnose it. After waiting so long, it was extremely frustrating and unprofessional to be told this. I was very upset, as I truly expected a higher level of professionalism. This experience left me feeling that my time and trust were not valued, which is not what any customer should go through after following the appointment process.

I was there a week and half ago for an inspection and everything was fine. Then my oil light came on and it was at 14% so I needed an oil change. So I had to go back to the dealership for an oil change. So why wasn’t this checked when I was there for an inspection. I wasted gas and time.

Everything went well but I was given a price quote over the phone that didn’t match what I actually paid which was concerning to me

We had a scheduled appointment and we were told when we got there that is can take up to a week for my car to be diagnosed. If you were backed up a Curtesy call would have been great and an option to reschedule should have been given. We had to take the day off for this and it didn’t even get serviced this car has been an issue since purchased at this dealership.

Went in for maintenance due to a light being on in my car. I told that I didn’t need everything done for a complete maintenance because I was there in July, less than 200 miles ago. He said he would quote me everything I need before so that I know the price before the work was done. I mentioned that George helped last time and that I just need a filter changed but I didn’t know which and directed him to the inspection report on my file. Which he did not check before working on my car. Which caused the mechanic to change filters that were already changed and when Jomar called me and I mentioned that the inspection report, he didn’t even pull it up to see what services I already had done from my last inspection. I was charged twice for a his mistake. He offered a free filter on my next trip to the shop, but worded on my invoice incorrectly which would definitely confused the next person assisting me and would not know that I’m suppose to receive a free filter due his mistake. No way that I thought I was coming in to get assistance from someone who doesn’t know what they are doing 100%. I will not be back to this location.

My experience was not the best at all. I made an appointment for 8am on 1/6 for a check engine light . My car didn’t get looked at until 2pm . I called the service advisor he said he still waiting to work my car in the shop and I ask how do you need to work in an appointment his response omg and I said that’s how I feel my car was sitting there for 5 hours and no one looked at it when I had a 8am appointment especially when I told him I need my car back I have to pick up my son at 5 pm after that he called me at at 3:30 to tell me they have to keep my car because the tech leaves at 4 pm

I was told my parts would be there to have antenna fixed plus base . After hours of insurance companies fighting who was going to pay neither Chevrolet or silver rock would pay . So I would pay with that said that’s when I was told they didn’t have the second part needed after being there over 2 hours . I asked when part would be in they said 2 days 2 weeks idk . So I had to pay for parts that I don’t know when they will be here Mind you I only had the car 2 weeks . Granted I bought the car from Carvana but they told me Chevrolet would cover it , but I was told Mother Nature cause of snow and other bs . I have a picture that looks like someone glued it in and I told Carvana that but they said it was after my 7 days . I just want it fixed now not later

Let me start by saying lm highly disappointed 😡😡😡😡 with my service yesterday at HESSERT Chevy dealership l brought my vehicle in for an inspection of my 2024 equinox, appointment time 9:30 l arrive bout 9:20am checked in no problem, as l sat patiently for 2 hours and watched other customers come and go after my arrival, finally ask the technician that signed me in, what was going on with my vehicle, l only been here since 9:20 as l follow him to the floor my vehicle was not on the floor, he then spoke to someone that said they were finishing up, ok! After waiting yet another hour l went to check again on my vehicle it was back on the floor and no one was working on it, just sitting there,l know this because l watch from inside, so l ask another technician if he could check and see what was taking so long for just an inspection of a 2024 equinox, 3 hours now has went by... he then goes out to floor and came back with an replied of another 20 mins as l stood there and watch my vehicle from inside no one attended to my vehicle did nothing to it, it just sat there then finally some came jump in and moved it outside 😡😡😡😡😡😡 and no one seem concerned at all that l was there for 3 hour to be exact, After all the years of dealing with this dealership 🤬 disappointed

Recall addressing driver's airbag was addressed however airbag warnings came on during drive home. Called service and was advised by Paul that the work was completed per the recall. Over the 8 years I have owned the vehicle, I never saw an airbag warning light. Only after it was worked on did the warning appear.

Was told new battery would fix ignition issue. Was unwilling to pay 460 $ for a battery . Had an interstate battery installed for 270$ . Equal to factory Voltage on dash at 14 vdc up from 12vdc. Still have to restart truck to remove key. All employees were professional and accommodating. This does not help when you pay over 600$ for service and main issue is not rectified.

I feel like I got robbed of my money and that my vehicle was not important. Almost like I got rushed out the door Without having my problem addressed properly.

My 2024 Traverse had to go in for service for a Service Brake Pad Monitor alert. My mechanic checked my brakes and let me know that they were good, I just needed the censor reset. I let Hessert know this when I scheduled the service. I also unchecked any other service as I just wanted the censor replaced. Upon arrival, I reminded them that it was under warranty. The vehicle was inspected for more than the brake pad monitor. A report stated I needed a new fuel injector system and to replace the cabin air filters. Again, things I didn’t ask for. I was told the monitor was bad and they’d replace it but they didn’t have one in stock. Five minutes later, the tech “reevaluated” them and said I’d need new brakes. They quoted me at $1600 for a slew of work that I didn’t need. I just needed the censor replaced. The row port actually states my brakes are in “OK” condition, not poor or red as an alert. I went from it’s a censor under warranty to $1600 in 5 minutes. I enjoyed the buying process at Hessert, but I’ll take my Traverse elsewhere for service. I’m looking for an honest service department, not a shady one. I’d advise you to do the same.

I could not have been happier with the service I received during my visit. The service technicians had the excellent balance of speed and precision, which I have typically had either one or the other at previous service appointments with other providers. I will recommend anyone I know that's looking for service to stop by, and I will definitely be back for additional services.

First maintenance for my 2025 Chevy Colorado ZR2 on 2-16-26 staff were very helpful especially my service advisor jomar he explained the whole process. While waiting for service to be completed very nice sitting area with a nice coffee bar. Definitely, my first experience with the maintenance team at Hessert Chevy at 6301 Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia was an excellent atmosphere thank you.

The employees at Hessert Chevrolet are amazing. The only issue i have is tge amount if time it takes to complete an oil change and inspection. It shouldn't take 3 hours. I explained when making my appointment that I needed the first appointment in the morning so I could get to work on time. I ended up being over an hour late. I think an hour and a half is more than enough time but it took over 3 hours..This is not acceptable..

I came for a diagnostic and was told $100 would go towards my service, I go back the next day for service and was told the $100 would be applied for the total service which included the recommended service and that’s not what was told to me, my service rep was horrible, I asked to speak to a manager and he tried to get me to get a new car, the problem was never resolved, I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed

They fixed my antenna which I had to pay for parts they told me . That was after they told me they had the parts and made appointment for me . Missed a day of work but I am still waiting on the check for over 205 $ that I was told was in the mail by Paul who happened to be working that day and Ivan Brown came out as well who stood in front of me and said I am doing this as a courtesy. Before I had it fixed he left me a voicemail saying everything’s would be covered . Where is my check Ivan ?
