Settled on the 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500? Next up, it’s all about finding the right trim. There are eight models to choose from, each ready to match your style and needs.

Find the Right Silverado 1500 for Work, Play, or Both

WT2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 | Philadelphia, PA

The WT, short for Work Truck, is the most approachable Silverado 1500. It comes with a turbocharged inline-four capable of pulling 9,500 pounds and a bed made from roll-formed high-strength steel. Five box-and-bed combos are available: a short bed with Crew Cab, a long bed with Regular Cab, or a standard bed with your choice of Regular, Standard, or Crew Cab.

Custom

To turn the WT into the Custom, Chevy adds cloth upholstery (instead of vinyl), bigger wheels, a remote start system, power seats, power heated outside mirrors, an EZ Lift tailgate, cargo bed lighting, hitch guidance, a 120-volt bed power outlet, and two USB-C ports for back-seat passengers.

Custom Trail Boss

The Custom Trail Boss is simply the off-road version of the Custom. It features a two-inch suspension lift, skid plates, a rear locker, Rancho shocks, Hill Descent Control, and a heavy-duty air filter. More importantly for torque lovers, this is the first trim to offer the optional 3.0-liter Duramax turbo diesel engine.

LT

If you’re after a comfy daily driver, start here. Its highlights include leather, heated front seats, bigger displays (13.4-inch infotainment screen and 12.3-inch gauge cluster), a heated steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, and keyless open and start.

RST

Meet the sportiest Silverado 1500. It’s sharp to look at and even sharper to drive, especially with the optional 420-horsepower 6.2-liter V8. Note that this is the first time this engine shows up in the range.

LT Trail Boss

The LT Trail Boss is basically a trail-loving LT. Or, if you want to look at it differently, a luxurious Custom Trail Boss.

LTZ

The LTZ takes the LT and upgrades it with front seat ventilation, wireless charging, a seven-speaker Bose sound system, a reconfigurable front center console, a 360-degree view camera, and a power tilt and telescoping steering wheel.

High Country

This is as fancy as the Silverado 1500 gets. You’ll find premium perforated leather seats with exclusive perforation and stitching pattern, heated rear seats, genuine open-pore wood trim, an in-vehicle trailering app, a power tailgate, and a bed view camera. Optional upgrades include a 15-inch head-up display, power-retractable assist steps, and Super Cruise.

ZR2

The ZR2 is the final boss of all trail-focused Silverado 1500s. It gets Multimatic DSSV dampers, front and rear lockers, an off-road cut front bumper, and 33-inch all-terrain tires.
